Blueprint Interpretation: Work closely with project managers and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Collaborate effectively to ensure accurate translation of design plans into tangible structures.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning and leveling, ensuring a solid foundation for bricklaying. Adhere to industry standards to guarantee the longevity and stability of constructed elements.
Creative Masonry Solutions: Showcase your creativity by effectively using cutting tools to trim bricks and create unique shapes. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall design and visual impact of projects.
